Knoydart Lodge is available on a private room basis with shared self-catering facilities. We accommodate up to 20 guests in five spacious bedrooms each with their own en-suite, fresh linens and fluffy towels, toiletries and extra treats.
The Lodge was built in 2008 within the grounds of the old Estate walled garden, and sits on the foundations of what was a Victorian hot house which would have fed many past Lairds of the Knoydart Estate.
The Lodge is perfect for communal living offering a grand open plan living space with vaulted ceilings, wood burning stove, and a generous kitchen with every pot, pan & utensil you could need. Adjacent to the open plan lounge with comfy leather sofas and panoramic views, a spiral staircase leads to a balcony hidden within the beautiful exposed timber roof - the perfect spot for some quiet time reading a book.
Guests enjoy access to all our communal areas in addition to their private, en-suite bedrooms.
We have five rooms for private let - four on the ground floor which private access and are dog friendly, and one first floor room with stunning elevated views over the community market garden and Loch Nevis.
On the ground floor we have three quad rooms accommodating up to four persons each, and one private dorm room accommodating up to six guests. Our dorm room also features its own kitchen facilities and breakfast bar. The first floor room is nestled within the eaves and is exclusively for couples or two friends.
All rooms feature two beds which can be kept as a twin or joined to form a luxurious Superking, with the rest of the bed spaces made up with bunk beds. Each also has a private en-suite wet room with showers and we provide linens, towels, toiletries and home comforts like tea & coffee as standard.
We offer a continental breakfast buffet as standard with your booking at the Lodge.
Enjoy at your leisure, our self serve breakfast bar is prepared fresh daily and features local produce and homemade treats.

Our high quality bunkhouse-style accommodation is unique to Knoydart - enjoy the social aspects of shared living whilst maintaining your privacy with an en-suite bedroom.
We are one of the few pet friendly holiday properties on Knoydart and would be delighted if you brought your furry friends along for the trip. Our four ground floor rooms are equipped for pets given their spaciousness and private access.
Maximum of two dogs per room, and we charge a modest cleaning fee. For hygiene and health reasons we do not permit dogs in the communal kitchen/dining area.
RATES & BOOKING
Standard Rate: £40.00 per person per night for room and continental breakfast buffet
Economy Rate: £35.00 per person per night for room only
Reduced rates available for children 16 and under.
Minimum two persons per room. Groups wishing to accommodate multiple rooms when not necessary (for example a group of four in two rooms) will incur a charge for unused bed spaces.
Block Booking Rate: Please enquire
Exclusive use of the Lodge sleeping up to 20 guests.
Bringing Your Dogs: We charge a modest cleaning fee per dog of £10 for stays of 1-3 nights and £15 for stays of 4 nights or more
Pick Up / Drop Off at Inverie Pier: £10 one way / £20 return based on a maximum of four persons (plus luggage) per journey
The Booking Process: Once we receive your initial enquiry we will check your requested dates and if there is availability you will be sent a booking form to confirm your information and payment. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking with the rest payable before or on arrival. Full terms and conditions are sent with the booking form.
